Poor customer service. The windows are good quality but the installation is horrible. surrounding damages were left unfixed. I would recommend before going with a company, make sure they cover their damages

Walton, thank you for reaching out to us. We are unable to install windows by making new openings at this time.
To prepare for installation, you should remove any breakables and tender plants from around the windows to be replaced. It would be good to remove any artwork that is close to the windows as well. If you have window treatments, please take them down. You can leave the brackets as those will not be in the way.
