No they are not open on Sundays you can only drop off a car on Sunday
Car rentals are billed for every 24 hours, as long as it's not past 24 hours of the time of the rental, they will refund.
They charge per day
I do not know exactly what a family car is, they have different sizes, I guess that depends on the family. The attention is excellent, the prices competitive. I have had more experience with Vans for 15 people
No, i dont think it works that way. Now you can pick up a car anywhere and enterprise does offer pick up even if you are at a existing location as long as it is in the mileage limit. Hopefully you have a reservation and you can use that at any location. If you have any issues further call corporate and they can help you out. When dropping off you can drop the car off at a different location for a fee which comes out of the money they have on hold or credit card on file.
They will not allow customers to leave their car on the premises. Did this for years until they changed their policy about two years ago. Also you probably don't have to worry about this since it's not a major holiday but 15 minutes prior to my pickup by Enterprise in which i had to call them, they told me they didn't have a car for me though I booked far in advance. I was to leave out the next day....priceless! Customer for years.
