What a nightmare this practice is. I scheduled an appointment and when I arrived the doctor was out of the office for a “family emergency”. Things happen, and I’m not disputing the doctors emergency, but you would think they could get you in with someone else or pay you a courtesy call. They couldn’t get me in with another doctor so I had to just leave after taking the day off of work. Do not go here, they have gotten increasingly disorganized and too busy for a good orient experience. Find another practice.

Love these guys. They take care of me so well. However they do not answer the phone. But the online portal is extremely helpful to schedule appointments, manage medications, find records, or even update your current Pharmacy. Get an account on their online system by searching “My Jefferson Health”.

Dr Beale fatshames. Also, they cannot get Telehealth right.. waited almost an hour and hung up and that was that. This place is archaic and no one employed here cares.

I am a nurse- I do not need to see physicians usually but my insurance requires certain things like a script for an X-ray. these doctors are like I need to see you, I need to preform a physical, - seriously? Telehealth me? Nope the doctors in this practice don't do that! OMG this is archaic! Typical suburban docs- they literally think their opinion is the end all. You have to beg for medication and by the way why does the triage nurse need to know why you are there? HIPPA anyone? Nosy nurse! If it wasn't outside my front door I wouldn't use them for the seldom times I do.

I believe that it depends on what the prescription is. I dont think they can refill class C medications without a Dr appt. Class c would b narcotics, certain muscle relaxers, anti anxiety...etc
