highly overcharged than their community quality, service, amenity, location. there will be other more fees for some service/ features. move here if you are sure you can live here longer than 24month otherwise they will charge you more than your deposit for the living condition- carpet, wall, etc. (I have not pet, didn't wear shoes in my place. and charged for carpet replacement) floor is too thin I can hear every single step clearly. grass is not on well maintenance. everywhere is dog waste, dog waste bag mostly empty. my girlfriend took her dog once, and he infected flea so bad. please consider 3 more times before you move here.
