Terrible customer service. We arrived with four young kids, eager to jump. We went to pay and we’re told we needed to fill out a waiver and then we could pay and they could start jumping. The computer was slow and it took us about 5 minutes to fill out the forms. No problem, until we went back to pay and we’re told there was only space for two kids to jump at that time. The kids would have to wait for 45 minutes if they all wanted to jump. We had two five year olds and two nine year olds. The gal at the front desks told us many other people arrived when were filling out our forms and they filled up. I asked her why we didn’t get the information about this prior to filling our forms and getting kids hopes up? She couldn’t respond to this. The guy that told us to fill out the forms was standing behind the desk looking down. I went up to him and asked him why this happened. He looked down and said we filled up, There’s nothing I can do about it. I asked him if my kids were going to have to wait 45 minutes to jump now, how can this be when we arrived before the other people and without any warning. Continuing to look down, he said yes, there’s nothing I can do about it. This is the biggest issue. The staff couldn’t figure anything out to help make up for their mistake. We took our business to Urban Air, where the Customer service is amazing and facilities are much better. We’re glad we learned our lesson about fly high and will not be back.

The hours online were wrong so when we got there it was closing in 15 minutes but they let our son play for a bit anyway, which was nice of them. We’ve been there before too, it’s a good place for kids to play. My son really likes to go there when we get the chance.

Nope, not a thing. But you could call the trampoline park to see if they are doing anything. This forum is where you ask questions of other people who have been to this particular place.

We do not have any new rules that affect jumpers or guests.
It depends on the age of the jumpers. But assuming they are over the age of 6 then the cost will be a total of $84 without socks. With socks it would equal $91.50. The first hour is $14 and each additional hour is $7. We do have daily specials and a parent pass that can bring that cost down even further for you however. Please feel free to call the park and they can explain the prices in even more detail to your exact scenario. -Fly High Employee
Honestly, having more staff I don't think would solve the issue unless there were more machines to check customers in with. In addition, the question "who manages this place" is not really fair. Your complaint is definitely valid and should be addressed, but it may not be the manager's fault. It may be a limitation from the owner. Or they may simply not have enough employees that have Friday mornings available to work, even if they wanted to put more people on the schedule that day. I don't work there, I'm simply a Google guide. I hope your issue gets resolved.
Yes they have to be trampoline socks with grips. They sell them for $2 a pair.

I know that it cost $14 for one hour so maybe $21 for an hour and a half and I don't think you have to pay for the party package to use the tables for cupcakes and such the party package is for them to close early and get you pizza and all that stuff so probably would have to pay for the party package for cupcakes.
This will actually depend on the night and the times because Fridays and Saturdays from 7 to 10 its only $18 per adult which is your best deal. Normal price is $14 per adult + 7 additional per hour so you would end up paying $28 for 3 hours on any other night. that is just adult pricing I don't know the child pricing off the top of my head because I've only been there twice
