Can't get a hold of anybody you're trying to call receptionist blocks you from contacting the person you need all they want to do is argue. you don't get anywhere with them I tried multiple times I haven't succeeded in getting any information out of them maybe they should admit that they're a private Corporation business for profit, and it has nothing to do with kids the only seeking repayment of Social Security funds for the government they don't follow any laws they act as they're above every bit of authority cannot even provide evidence or probable cause for the clerk to issue the subpoena in the first place . I'd like to see their anti- corruption and bribery statement and foreign agent registration that is mandatory to disclose.

The Lorain County Child Support Enforcement Agency is many words but the two I’ll use today are INCOMPETENT and DEPLORABLE! I have overpaid this agency by hundreds of dollars in “administration fees,” even though my case has been closed! Then I requested an audit to the Fiscal Department a few months back. They took partial responsibility for THEIR ERRORS and adjusted my balance. Fast forward 3 months later, MORE ERRORS! $143.22 to be EXACT! I have overpaid again and THEY have not corrected THEIR MISTAKES! So again, another audit request sent to the Fiscal Department and now the waiting. I am completely paid in full and successfully done with all fees made up by the government. Of course they received their money right on time but I’ll be waiting months for my refund, if I even receive my overpayment back! Meanwhile I’m a struggling citizen of the U.S., just like the rest of us, and I cannot afford to keep waiting for DUE DILIGENCE! These people couldn’t care less because it’s not personally affecting their lives! GREAT EXAMPLE AMERICA! Keep up the POOR WORK! What a PLUTOCRACY!!!

I'm having the same dilemma. These people talk too fast for you to understand them and transfer you to some LAN line that never responds.
Make sure u get a reciept for everything you turn in so you have the proof that you turned it in. Then they have to correct their mistake

You don't have to close your case. You can just transfer it. Call and ask them to transfer it and they should. Unless you are out of state then I'm not sure if you can. Hope that help.
