Make sure u get a reciept for everything you turn in so you have the proof that you turned it in. Then they have to correct their mistake

Idk wth is going on in that place. SOMEBODY lied to MEDICAID saying Ive had coverage since 1/1/2019. But really Ive been covered for ONE month. My care ends 4/30/2019. I was told to file for unemployment...I haven't worked since 5/2017. They keep asking for a CONFIRMATION number or proof I applied. I go to drop off my proof of being DENIED, which I knew n told them I didnt qualify from the beginning. I have no time in as I had surgery. Btw...its a DETERMINATION number she needed. 2 of the women up front they just hate people. Seriously. Very unprofessional. No class. No compassion...nor do they appreciate the fact they have a job. You can't ask a question without an attitude. They should clean house n start over. Ive only met 2 ladies that actually KNEW their position and were not ghetto attitude with their job. As far as the call center goes, yea where do our calls go? Cuyahoga county isnt like this. This place is an all around joke. Shame on them.
