Absolutely the nastiest most stuck up employees I've ever seen. Very full of themselves and disrespectful. Also I had a ring sized and two days later my 1carat heart diamond fell out of my ring. Don't go to this location if you expect anyone to treat you like a person even after you have spent several thousand dollars there. Old woman (grandmother's) that should know better than to be rude arrogant and ignorant. Get new employees ! As well as better repair services when someone entrusts you with a 5000$ ring. Be nice or get a new job.
