I recently set an appointment after my card expired. My old card expired 4 months ago and I never got around to renewing. I came in on a Saturday morning and had my digital card by Monday afternoon. Process was quick to say the least. I will definitely go back.

Ask if they take walk ins and they said they do but dont have any openings 😆 (with 1 person for 10am appt waiting in the lobby) what a joke. Dont waste your time coming here. There was no one in the lobby except for 1 person.Leaving a 1 star review because we didn't have any openings due to restricted hours due to COVID is not really fair.

Doctor was okay BUT when one of their employees submitted my information to DHS they entered in the wrong email for me so now it is after 5pm, I'm all out of mmj and cant get ahold of DHS til tomorrow. 😭

"Chronic" pain is defined as having lasted longer than 3-6 months.
The officr visit took about 45min but, the dr and i got along really well and it wasnt all business. I assume a typical office visit would take maybe 20 min. I got the status nunber for trackibg maybe 3 days later and my card 2 weeks later. So whole process like 16 days.
