The best service ever! My gas cap got stuck and despite trying everything I could not get it off. I called three different automotive places to help me before calling Davis tire and auto Center. I was told by everyone they were too busy, but Davis auto told me to “swing on by” and they would look at it for me. They immediately knew what to do, fixed it in two minutes and didn’t even charge me. If I ever have any more problems with my car, hands-down this is where I will take it. Thank you!!!

I pulled in here just after 8 AM with a flat tire while traveling through Lake County. Turned out they couldn't help me because, the flat wants repairable and having a full set of new tires waiting to be installed at home, I wanted a used tire. They sent me down the street to Carlton Tire where I was quickly back on the road. I appreciate the referral!

I called to get an alignment because my mechanic recommended them. WORST IDEA EVER! Not only was the counter guy very short with us when we came in, he just said keys with his hand out, they didn't call to tell us they found issues that stopped them from doing the work we went in for, they also parked our vehicle under the Osprey nest in their lot. We get there to pick up the vehicle to have it covered in bird poop, and ALSO he gives us no estimate for the work our vehicle would need. Terrible customer service. Will not be going back. ZERO STARS
