Amazing service and professionalism! I have been renewing my card since they were released in AZ always with the same place but decided to try somewhere new this year. Hands down this has to be the best certification process in Arizona! Very easy process, everything is very clearly laid out for you, and there are multiple appointment options. I will absolutely recommend them to everyone!!

This was my 4th time renewing here. Referred several patients. The doctor was very rude and went out of his way to ask for medical records for my pain (when they have never asked for this with prior recertifications) he said it would make it “easier”. Felt very uncomfortable providing him with my medical records and concerns as he was not very welcoming . Then when I called the front to confirm my records for my MRI were sent over, the front desk voiced the doctor said he was uncomfortable……. Lmbo. More like he didn’t appreciate my assertiveness when dealing with someone being RUDE. will NEVER RETURN . Go elsewhere

Azgreenlife.com is our website. You can book there. Also you can call one of our locations and we will be happy to get you in.
Don't do it if youre looking for a deal. Their "coupons" are nothing special just first time patient deals. So if you have already had a card than they're no use to you. Az green life is alright. Make sure you have an online coupon to get your card at a fair price though. Othherwise you'll pay more here than any other office. Trust me I just payed 300 for my card in October
It really depends on the time of year. But normally 10-15 business days, on average.
They do everyday Except Sunday when they are closed and from 12 - 5 they do walk ins
$100.00 for the doctors and $150 to the State. If you have nutrition assistance then it's only $75.00 to the State with proof
Absolutely. That’s pretty much all we can diagnose onsite.
Give us a call please. That is the best way to discuss personal information with you. Side note is we have a special filter in our email and we are also secondary contact on every app we submit. We get the email when you do.
Thank you Anthony! You are correct. Cash for us. State on card but all cash is acceptable
Az green life allows walk- ins from Monday- Saturday from 12-5 pm. If u can make it between those times and com in during one of their less busy days, you should have no problem getting seen.
In Arizona there is no same day trips to dispensaries. You have to wait two weeks to get the card before you can purchase. The experience depends on what you need. Too much to ask here. Call us when you have time. 😊
Not sure what you're asking exactly. But they will ask you for an email address to which you will receive email confirmation and updates on the status of your card. I received an email 5 days ago notifying me that my application was received and approved. I just received my card in the mail today. :) Cheers!
Be ready to have $300 on hand. If you receive SNAP benefits, bring the paperwork and the card (it'll save you $75). If you don't have a doctor's notes then it'll be $50 extra for the doctor. The office visit costs are paid upfront in cash. The state filing fee is paid at the end by card. Getting your MMJ card in the mail should take about 10 business days (14).
I paid 250. But if you got an ebt card with your name on it then it's 175 there.
Depends what your looking for like if you have your own medical records and stuff I'm sure there is a discount.
I believe they will ask for the paper you get in mail stating that you're active on the food stamp program and if your card has your name on it that would probably help a little bit too but I know they're going to ask you for that paper call them and ask they are super polite and very helpful he can answer all your questions
No appt needed I used a appt 1st time but they told me there was no need and staff and doctors there are AMAZING. More like family then a clinic
Look up cheap mmj card
No need for records they have in house doctor very good and it runs about 275$ with out records less if on food stamps
