Worst customer service ever! I came in as a happy customer then left with the worst experience. Jim who works at the front desk was very impolite from the start. He was aggravated the whole time we spoke about a paver I needed. He continued to interrupt when we asked him about the inventory and style of pavers we wanted to go for. Then when I showed him a picture of the tile I wanted, he did not want to help and said “Never” then we asked him what he means by that he responded with “This is frustrating cause there so much tiles to choose from and I can’t tell what your looking for by a picture” then when I asked another representative for help or assistance because Jim confirmed that he was too frustrated to help, the rest of the workers looked just ignored us. I felt embarrassed and belittled that I had to leave. He lost 5K in sales just because he admitted that he was frustrated.

When i purchased pavers from them at sale price they promised return if returned within 60 days, but once i tried to return they declined to take it back. Even though I had receipt. Absolutely Dishonest and Greedy. Same happened to my neighbor. Now I take my business somewhere else. They will run this scam on you as well. They simply don't care about you. All they care is making money.

Good selections nice displays to see what building materials will look like. Delivery did an excellent job of placing materials where I needed them. Had one error on delivery. Miscommunication- not their fault nor ours. They quickly corrected the error with no extra charge. Staff knowledgeable and answered questions well. Would recommend them to others and I would be a repeat customer.
