1st off let me say how friendly and nice Leo his daughter Maria and Jeff are. My son had just moved up to Lafayette from San Diego and his washing machine was broken right away. I called Leo and Maria were able to help me up with the parts that I needed and gave me a little bit of advice on the way. Maria is extremely professional and knowledgeable of all the things needed with washers and dryers. I highly recommend everyone to go to Leo's parts. Great people and great customer service!!

Very rude, very poor communication skills. Has happened multiple times. After calling to see availability for a part i would ask for a part number or purchase order number, part number i can understand why he would be hesitant because I could just order off Amazon with that information, but a purchase order number!?!? Cmon man! He would not give me a purchase order number and just blatantly hung up on me.

Knowledgeable, friendly, family owned and run. Sure perhaps I can get my parts for the washer, fridge and dishwasher off the web for a couple of dollars($2-3) less BUT, this is a small family owned business, with friendly helpful people...like society was before the web. Id rather spend my $ here than anywhere else

Very friendly and very helpful, they instantly knew what was wrong with my dryer and helped with troubleshooting. They pointed me in the right direction of finding the root cause before purchasing parts. I am now a customer for life. I recommend taking a photo of serial numbers before going in. That will help them help you more efficiently.
