I came here on august 28th to renew my just expired medical card and I brought my records( I have a brain injury causes problems) i paid 300 dollars and had my picture taken, it is now September 16th, I never received my card in the mail and when I login to my az portal there is no new card only my old expired one. I lost 300 bucks and I don’t even have my card thanks to this location. Furthermore I cannot resolve this issue because the phone number doesn’t connect you with an actual person and the only hours they are open I have work. I’ve sent emails, no one is helping me. I would stay far from this clinic!!! Sketchy thieves they are!!

This is the only place I'd recommend anyone get their card. It's clean and the entire office is professional. Now that cards are digital, the process is so fast. Cards are popping up in the portal in under a week! Will be back in 2 years, guys!

I recently had to visit this clinic to get my assessment for my medical card, and I was so impressed with the entire process . The Cleanliness Of the lobby , rooms, and offices were a great start from the beginning. I saw the Dr. and she was amazing with both my wife and I . She asked questions, and genuinely cared. When done, we saw the office manager to finish, and the same happened. She was fantastic , friendly and so so helpful on what we needed to do. I am so glad we decided to come here. We will always now. Congrats on a great Jon.

I had a very fast and positive experience today. I met with Jasmine, who signed me in and set me up. She was extremely friendly and efficient. As soon as the paperwork was completed a doctor came to get me. After that, Jasmine explained the process and told me exactly what to expect moving forward. She answered all of my questions. Very fast and professional service as a walk-in appointment.

We do indeed accept all major credit cards. There is a discount for those who participate in the Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program, not for AHCCCS. We hope this helps, and we look forward to seeing you.

Yes. He's the doctor that owns portions of the business. And email, either way, he will personally get back to you Right Away. If you have them an email address, check it and your spam. If they get anything back from the state saying there's a prob with your app, he sends a copy of their letter with TPCC's instructions. :)
