I don't know the answer to that. But it is worth a try to ask. If they can't, they will point you to someone who can. They are very helpful to people in distress. Go see them.
Do they help w/ utilities and what documents do i need to carry w/ me? Also, where are they located? Thanks so much for info.

They will help once a year if they have the funds. I believe it was proof of income, the bill, your lease or mortgage. You may want to call to confirm.

Generally, no. The Salvation Army will listen to hardships on an individual and case-by-case basis though. They will make decisions for aiding and also send the party in need to the correct aid resource.
