And when I asked about the service rendered all they could say was what they cannot do and nothing that was in black and white on the contract was something that they could provide... but it was written in the first paragraph.....

Meet with brightstar , I was looking forward to having nursing set up for my mother, weekends. Great experience with first caregiver. Following weekend, caregiver was over an hour late. After caregiver clocked in to work, only work done was 15 mins applying body lotion. The remaining time on the cell phone.I paid 4 hrs to a caregiver for no personal care. Following Monday called company to complain. Also tried arranging week nursing, no one followed up with me.I called 9 days later and canceled services.

We had a sudden need for 24/7 services for a relative (we live out of town). Upon her discharge from the hospital, with little notice BrightStar of Marietta got us the home care support we needed within a few hours. This brought us and relative peace of mind as well. Most of our dealings have been with the nursing director Linda, who has been both compassionate and responsive. The caregivers who arrived yesterday with little notice provided excellent care and service. We are very happy to have BrightStar on our team.

Poor service and fail to communicate with the client who they provide service for. Sent a home health aide who fell asleep a hour after arriving. After reporting it, they couldn't provide service for that shift on a daily basis. They do not have enough staff and they don't want to talk to thenpatient if they don't. They could do well if they just communicate with their.clients. The managers are rude to the aides as well. The aides even complains. Be careful choosing this provider.
