You need to contact their office for insurance and billing purposes, they are excellent on what they do. I just got shoulder surgery last week, they made the whole experience very comfortable, i highly recommend their services.

Hello! Go to their website patient portal at - https://mycw24.eclinicalweb.com/portal2004/jsp/100mp/login_otp.jsp Either log in or create your account. Once you're logged in click on the menu button. Click on "My Account", then go under "Current Statement." It should show up there. Hope this helps some!

I needed hip surgery, don't know the work of any Dr. Especially hip surgery. I have MRSA AND MRSA has traveled to the hip bone and eating on it . I do have a letter to the Dr from the wound center. If you could help me please let me know.
