I've been going to Marietta OB-GYN for over 20 years. I've gone through prenatal care twice and they safely delivered my two children. Dr. Alarcon is my absolute favorite - he noticed I had an enlarged thyroid that turned out to have a nodule (which thankfully turned out to be benign). But all of their doctors are excellent.

Moved to Georgia from Colorado and this place is far by better than my last OBGYN back home. Each provider I’ve seen has taken my symptoms/concerns when it comes to my health or my pregnancy very seriously and I always look forward to seeing them each appointment. Thank you for easing my anxiety during the times I see you.

Avoid Dr. Doan. She is unethical. She made major changes to my medication without even telling me. The pharmacist asked when I went to pick up the Rx if it was correct because it had so drastically changed. When I asked Dr. Doan about this, she explained her reason for the change. It was such an important reason that I was all the more shocked she never discussed the issue with me. The medication change has thrown my life and symptoms into total disarray and I had to find a new dr who would discuss my health issues and my goals and how best to manage them. Worst of all, Dr. Doan was extremely rude and snippy when I asked her about all of this. She clearly does not believe that a patient has the right to know what risks her medication entails or even what her doctor is prescribing and why.

I have been with Marietta OB/GYN since 2020, and they have handled my well visits, problem visits, the pregnancy and delivery of my last baby, and a surgery ALL with great care. The doctors have a general kindness to them that helps you feel at ease no matter why you’re there, and the staff overall (billing, labs, etc.) is always so pleasant and helpful. No matter what brought me into the office, the medical team is understanding and very thorough. Dr. Klein, for example, listened to me when I said my periods were not quite normal after I stopped breastfeeding and made sure to investigate. Sure enough, there was tissue that needed to be removed. She was with me through that process from beginning to end, when she did the surgery. She is so kind and handled it all with such care. And all of the doctors have been that way. Highly recommend this practice for your everyday and pregnancy care!
