My sister and I went in for a tour with Jonathan and he was so extremely kind and professional. The community was beautiful and well-managed, and we could tell that the staff here really care about their residents. Jonathan made sure to answer all of our questions and followed up with us regarding any other inquiries we had. It was great working with him and Town Commons sets a very high bar for anyone apartment hunting!

When we first moved in to this property the management was not 5 star but the new Olympus property management team has been excellent since they took over the property. We were unsatisfied with the condition of our unit based on the poor management of the previous company but Olympus took over and made amazing accommodations for us to ensure that we were satisfied with our living space. Town Commons offers great amenities and great resident & staff engagement opportunities to get to know others living in the complex. Overall friendly staff, awesome amenities, and a fun place to live!

Town Commons is now under Olympus property management and I’ve got to say, the improvement certainly shows. Not only is office staff friendly and amazing, so is the maintenance crew! The apartment community is also quiet, safe, pet friendly and full of amazing people. I genuinely love it here! We’re on year 2 of our lease 💕

New ownership under Olympus Properties has been nothing short of fantastic, so far. Jasmine helped us resolve a tricky issue with our lease renewal and through the process showed patience, empathy and has earned our full trust. The maintenance staff/office staff have been so warm, welcoming and inviting since they have arrived. The property itself is already full of fantastic neighbors and is quiet/mature community and I am looking forward to seeing what future improvements Olympus makes.
