My wife had an appointment for two of our four kids. Since they are in fall break, she had all four kids with her. Long story short, the office manager, Pam, told my wife that she should have arranged a babysitter for the two that did not have an appointment instead of bringing them all in. She told my wife that the two that did not have an appointment would have to wait in our van since there was not enough chairs in the waiting room. (They only had 6 chairs.) In the end, my wife had to choose to either have two of our kids wait in the van, or cancel the appointment. Of course she canceled. I called Pam and tried to explain that my wife drove from Loganville for this appointment, but she was extremely condescending and would not budge. It’s hard to believe they would be turn away a mom and her four kids, instead of trying to accommodate. We will not be going back to Covington Vision Center.

I asked the young lady at the front desk do they do walk-in still she said no and said she didn't have nothing till mid June but you just told someone on the phone you had an opening for this Thursday and next. Then she said something under her breath when I walked out .

I drove to Covington from Lawrenceville because they took my insurance for glasses. Don't ever get glasses and eye exam at two places. When I picked up my glasses I told her I couldn't see good out of them. She said to take them and wear them a few days. I did and I cant see street signs and other signs in the distance until I get very close. I also take them off to read and look at my phone. She suggested I go back to my Doctor for a recheck. I did and the prescripti on was verified. The vision boutique said the glasses were correct. I called back down there multiple times to get with this lady named Pam who ask me to come when she was there. The original person at measured and ordered the glasses was very nice. The person there when I picked up acted like I had l a disease. She stood back and I had to ask her to adjust them. She didn't attempt to touch them on my face. Instead she went in the back and adjusted them. Pam said it was due to COVID and I needed to come back when she was there. I called and told her what the other office said. She said come on down and we will figure it out. I drove down an hour trip to Covington; got out of the car and told her just what I said on the phone. She said she didn't think bigger frames would help. They sold me kid frames. I am 60 years old. She said if I changed frames I would have to pay for the lens. I told her I no longer have Ambetter. She wanted to know what I had now, I told her I was not ordering another pair on this insurance. I just paid $455 plus whatever insurance paid. When she told me they couldn't do anything, I told her she could have told me that on the phone instead of making me drive an hour. She ask why I cam so far to buy glasses. The glasses are progressive. I have had to have the range of the location of the various strengths adjusted before. I now have an expensive pair of glasses that I can't read close up, computer or far off.

Usually one week.
I believe so
You would need to call their office and ask them.
You probably have conjunctivitis commonly known as "pink eye." You need to see a medical doctor, not an eye specialist.
