Been 6 days since our scheduled pickup and the trash is still sitting at the curb after 3 calls to customer service. Each time they assured me it would be picked up and it was not. I pre-paid for the service and now have had to hire someone to come collect the trash. Will be switching to a different provider.

We live in pinewood, falls twp, Levittown pa, our twp tells us to reach out to WM when our trash isn't picked up, we do, still doesn't get picked up, called the supervisor, he does nothing, doesn't get back to us, I we notified our twp to let them know we're tired of putting our trash out and they don't show, I personally have been harrassed by this new crew and yelled at by them, they also spilled white paint down our entire lane and never cleaned it up and it's still here 3 months down the road when their not supposed to be picking up paint too begin with...the old crew none of us had any problems or worries completely nice, this new crew is, from what I have experienced horrible and completely unprofessional. We arenow notifying our twp, and going to our local councilman for assistance
