Sarah is the best. Most knowledgeable and dedicated worker I've ever met!

I have asked for help on numerous occasions, but it seems I am continuously passed to another person who says they can't help me. The sad part is I am hard working person who's life would greatly improve if I was only given a helping hand. Don't bother going here without an appointment either, they are not available for walk-ins, yet they never seem to answer the phone to take an appointment. I am incredibly disappointed and feel like they don't care about people who are suffering, which is a problem if you work in public services.

They are there to “help” us, Not to handle our affairs. They will help financially in time of need. However; u must do ur part as well. U must want to help urself. Too many people expect to put problem on their desk & do nothing else. We all need little help at times. They r not there fix ur problems, only to help u while U fix ur own problems.

I looked on the door today and it said to go to www.b coc.org to make an appointment before April 15
Judy Perez..not sure if they do, but even if they don't, they will most likely will refer you to who might help
Yes they will but it depends on ur income and you will need proof of income and you will need a shut off notice from your electric company. Also proof of address and id
Yes they can.
I think its only for Bucks County residents but it can't hurt tho call and ask. They might be able to refer you to someone that can help you in Philadelphia. They people there are extremely nice& helpful.Good luck
Yes..as long as your income is w/in their guidelines
That's what I've been told, but there's a lot of hoops to jump through, including several assessments and interviews. It's a process, of course, and I haven't seen any results myself personally. As with any government agency, it moves with a snail's pace.
No we dont assist with type of eviction
