The front desk personnel talk down to the customers and are to busy playing Xbox on their laptops or playing on their phones to properly help customers. Also, the representatives at the front desk told me (two white young males on their phone and holding a x-box control connected to a laptop) I was wrong about getting scanned email previews and the actual scanned mail the same day. Well shocker, today I got the mail and it was the same mail I was given a preview of earlier this morning. Don’t call me a liar.

You can put it on hold for 30 days max. You can have it forwarded to the hotel, but the post office will not forward your mail from the hotel when you move out. But you can cancel the forwarding to the hotel when you leave the hotel. You can also rent a post office box.
You just fill out an overnight label. We accept cash, check, credit and debit
I believe they can deliver it to a new address, but you'll have to visit the counter in person so they can verify your identity and double check your instructions.
