Our father passed in Newton County, and we don’t live nearby. This process has been stressful for me, as I get anxious over this type of stuff. We had some hiccups early because of the difficulty of coordinating paperwork long distance. Titus ended up hand walking the petition over and got it processed the same day. Then they approved it quickly at the probate court. I believe it is how hard he has worked to develop relationships that has made this possible. On a personal note, he related very well with my son, and now has him interested in a new book series. I also want to give Jessica a shoutout for her caring and concern. She has gone above and beyond to keep me updated, as she knew I would worry otherwise. They are good hearted people.

I recently worked with Titus to rewrite a trust that was originally created in North Carolina. What pleased me the most was his willingness to share his knowledge and experience and at the same time honor my desires. In some cases, we had differences of opinion, and I found him to be respectful of my wishes. We worked together to iron out provisions and language so that both of us felt comfortable with the end product. He was willing to explain legal concepts and language, and answered all my questions patiently. I was always treated in a kind and friendly manner, and found his office to be both warm and professional. Estate planning can be a difficult process, but he helped make it as comfortable as possible. I recommend him without question, and will use his services again should the need arise.
