I decided to write this review after my second time using Greystone and being treated very unprofessionally. The front desk was very nice once I scheduled my appointment they said a nurse would contact me and well they never did so I called back again and finally talked to the nurse. Upon answering the nurse asked me what my symptoms are so explained. Knowing that it was my birth control giving me issues she made me feel terrible about not coming in for my yearly when no one even called me for a reminder… after she preceded to claim that I was at fault and after each visit I’m told to come back accusing me and making me feel bad. I wasn’t finished explaining what I would like to have checked when she told me my appointment date and then hung up on me. I’m in pain and my nurse just made me feel even worse. Let’s just say I won’t be returning and I highly wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. The people just don’t care. You don’t need to be in the medical field if you treat your patients this way.

I called to try to reschedule my appt i called them 10 times the day of my appt to reschedule also left multiple vm messages and never received a call back. I tried calling again to reschedule the next morning; left them a vm message as well. I recieved a text message stating i missed my appt the day before so i called the office again. I finally was able to talk to someoneand the lady was so rude stating i didnt leave a vm that i only stated i needed to cancel my appt when i clearly stated i needed to reschedule my appt. I let her know i called multiple times the day before and also that morning to reschedule. If i wasnt so far along in my pregnancy i would most definitely switch to a different obgyn. I most definitely wouldnt recommend coming to this obgyn, my appt always take way longer then they should when i come as well i spend an hour here just to have a 5 minute conversation with the dr about how my pregnancy is going then leave.i understand waiting 20 or 30 minutes for the dr but an hour just to have a small conversation and them to check the baby. Seems like they over book themselves.

Has to be the worst GYN office ever. Very clinical and impersonal. I was in the room 5 minutes and got 3 referral suggestions. They had no interest in me as a person/woman at all. Not at all what I consider woman's health care.

Not many doctors office I like to visit, especially the lady dr. But I love coming to Greystone. The staff is always friendly and welcoming, they’re good about getting back to you when you leave a voicemail or have questions, and they have one of the best lab techs who doesn’t have to hurt you to do bloodwork. I’ve delivered my first baby with this team and staff and am confident that this second go around will go just as well!
