One officer writes bogus citation. Officer admits so while issuing bogus citation. *He wrote the citation so he could keep up with the amount of citations his partner writes.* Judge supports officers actions. Didnt realize citations can be handed out just to have a BIG number of written citations. Justice is no more. This place is a joke.

U have to go to the Tennessee housing development agency in Nashville Tennessee which is at 502 Deaderick street. (615) 815-2200 or u can go to the section 8 office located at: 620 Dew street. ( 615) 252-6500
