My mom has been in this facility several weeks. While in rehab she seemed to be in good hands and the room was fairly clean. She had to be moved to the long term care wing and things went down hill. The room is dirty, the equipment is old and worn and doesn't always have the necessities. Mom's clothes are not changed often and she has a hospital gown on at times when she has a closet full of clean clothes. We let them know we would be doing her laundry and they proceeded to take some of her things to their laundry facility and ruined one item. Her health needs are not always being addressed. She is not able to feed her self without a lot of assistance. She is not getting this help. She has a lot of visitors as she has a large family and we have never seen her out of the bed. When we call the main line with an issue, we are put on hold and no one ever answers. I would not recommend this facility unless some changes are made.
