My experience was much like another one-star reviewer. I was out-of-pocket and the first thing Mr. Rogers did was take my money. Can't reveal too many details here, but the upshot was that he told me to go do yoga! He didn't even listen to me. Truly wish I could reveal more details for you all who are considering this guy, but my advice would be RUN in the other direction, and take your money with you!
