Great hotel in Sierra Vista in a good location. My only complaint is some of the staff were not the friendliest. The vast majority of the staff was very helpful and friendly. There were only a few that weren't. The breakfast is better on some day then others but isn't horrible even on the not so great days. The rooms were clean and cleaning staff kept the entire hotel clean. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Sierra Vista.

I have been staying with Marriott for work travel for nearly twenty years and this was the absolute worst experience by far. I had to check out one day early due to a last minute change in travel plans, so I went down at 6:30am to let them know. Not only was I charged for the full reservation but I was also charged more than the quoted rate. Beverly (the person at the front desk) was just like "That's the way it is." and then made it seem like a hassle to even give me a copy of my bill. I was a platinum elite plus before COVID, but if I'm starting over anyway, I'll switch to Hilton.

The breakfast is a little thin and you have to wait all the time for the food to be brought out. They definitely need to improve this. The pool and spa were great. They take care of your needs very quick.
