We stayed here last night and I'll start by saying the pictures and information on the website is completely misleading. One of the selling points of this hotel were the restaurant and bar that were advertised. As soon as we got here I saw that they had been closed down permanently. The pool area was not the cleanest, the lobby was very dirty and dingy and so was the bathroom in our room. It's hard to tell if the floor tile and tub are dirty or just stained but either way it's gross. I can keep going but I won't... Bottom line is that I won't be staying here again. Fix your website to accurately represent your hotel.

We were just passing through for the night and there were much cheaper options available, but we spent all day hiking, so we opted for something a bit more expensive.... mostly for the 'free breakfast' as advertised. The person responsible for the breakfast had called out sick that morning and nothing was given to guests to accommodate this. At least put some 'quick' items out there as a backup. I was disappointed in the age of the rooms and also how dirty the pool was. Should have went with the cheaper option, I suppose.

It may not be your regular 5-star hotel or vacay hotel, but the facility and rooms are unique and beautiful. Hotel staff treat you with so much respect. Everything you need is less then 5 minutes away. It don't get no better than that. I'm loving my stay and have no problems coming back. Thank you Windermere staff for my comfortable stay 👍🏻

Horrible hotel. I was scheduled to stay for four nights and checked out the next morning. The first room they sent me to hadn't been cleaned (someone had stayed in it). The second room was just inside an outer door that was supposed to have key card access only. The key card access was broken so they propped the door open all night. I'm a women traveling alone so I felt unsafe the entire night. There was a semi-truck parked outside my window and it was running all night long and LITERALLY my bed vibrated all night long. Then the air conditioner rattled loudly every time it kicked on and scared me out of sleep, ALL NIGHT LONG. I was too tired to have to move to another room. Even with all of the lights on, you could scarcely see, it was so dark. I only slept a few hours and woke up bright and early to check out. Free breakfast was a joke. No self-serve (which I'm ok with) but no cereal, milk, pastries etc. The had a cook that could make you eggs and pancakes but it was so dismal looking in their "dining area" I just wanted to get out of there. I DO NOT recommend this hotel. For a few dollars more a night I found a Best Western that was 100% better.

Doesn't look like it. They used to serve breakfast in there but it's been moved to the lobby. Pretty sure its fully closed now.
The restaurant has closed permanently, according to my phone call to the front desk, except for the guests' complementary breakfast (and possibly special events)--so it's not quite a full-service hotel anymore, though it retains other extras.
