Positive: The price was Fair (and availability) for us to attend a High School Re-Union! Negative: There was a Roach in the restroom the whole time! Couldn¿t reach him to kill him! Also a Sewer smell so I placed a piece of plastic on the floor drain of the shower to take care of it! The floor was always Sticky from too much Cleaning Product/smelled.

Stayed here a few nights while visiting my husband stationed at Fort Huachuca. The room was clean and decent, the bed was particularly comfy. Gave 4/5 stars on the room because the ac was quite ineffective. When I arrived, the ac was off and room was a bit stuffy and warm, as expected. After the ac had been running for bit it's inability to cool the small room was very apparent.

**Updated review 04/19/2022** The general manager stated below that they have refunded my credit card, which is NOT true. I have NOT received a refund. ______________________________________ Do not stay here if you want to feel safe! I am a female traveler alone and I had to leave this hotel in the middle of the night after calling 911. I had two guys open my hotel room door at midnight while I was sleeping and the safety lock caught the door. I had to jump out of bed to slam the door closed. Then I was shaking and crying so bad I called the police and and had them escort me off the premises. While speaking to the police officer apparently these men supposedly worked there which is totally ridiculous and sketchy. I am absolutely traumatized by this experience. I have proof of the 911 call but the photo will not upload for some reason. I will keep trying. Can I please request a refund because now I am out money having to pay again for lodging at a safer place. Thanks!

This is by far, not the Hilton. However this establishment is always clean, tidy and reasonably priced. Their management team, while maintaining policies is still eager to hear about your stay, whether it’s a positive or negative review. The one time I did feel it necessary to escalate a matter, the supervisor, Jeff, did an excellent job at giving me his undivided attention while I was sharing my concerns, addressed them in a very timely matter and provided me compensation for a part of my stay. I will definitely be utilizing this establishment again and will most definitely be suggesting it to friends and family!!! Thank you!
