Rude staff that treated us like a nuisance. Went in looking for a specific rifle and instead of being helpful staff was upset that we interrupted their inappropriate work place conversation. Treated us as suspicious characters instead of customers. Asked to many personal questions that made me feel uncomfortable, as if I was being interrogated as if I didn't hold enough knowledge or responsibility to purchase a firearm even though I am a combat vet. Certain staff unwilling to look for products in back when asked. Honestly much of the staff treats the shop like an exclusive club and customers not part of this club or regulars are ostracized.

Yes they do, call them and they will give you a list of available classes and prices. The classes are taught by independant trainers, but they are taught at RMSS and in their range.
There is not an age limit for kids accompanied by a parent. They do need to be old enough and able to safely handle a firearm.
Same hours as the shop, except try and be there an hour before they close if you want to shoot your full hour. M-Th 9-7 & F/S 9-6
Yes they do, the fees is 25% added to what you want to receive for your firearm, hopefully those numbers together make a fair resale value for the item

20 per hour per person, 2 people share one lane for 30, gun rentals 10 plus you buy their ammo due to insurance reasons.
You can drop off and pick up in Ft Collins. Gunsmith is generally inhouse from 1-7pm
