A very quaint, yet efficient, bus station for modern times. It is located in the old Fort Collins train station. They utilized the original building, but have the dock roped off to preserve it from overuse and vandalism. The interior has some wonderful Fort Collins history/ pictures! My only complaint is that they are understaffed, so the Customer Service counter is not open as many hours as one would. But that is true with so many businesses right now. And all of the Fort Collins buses are free to ride for the foreseeable future!! Ride Transfort!!

Always a very clean facility, inside and out! Easy to get to the buses and the drivers and staff all are willing to assist in direction finding and other needs of the community. No fares until January so enjoy the free rides!

Took the Bustang to the Broncos game. The Downtown Transit Center was very nice and clean. The driver was courteous and on time.
