Nastiest, meanest, downright cruel people work there, including in the front. Read all these low star reviews, and BELIEVE them. The competent ones get shoved out by office politics soon enough. That leaves only the nasty, hostile, incompetent ones. When they are trying to get you or your loved one in the door and sell you their services, they are all smiles and niceness...but as soon as they got you (or your money) you see the fangs come out. They are sometimes passive aggressive - sometimes directly aggressive and hostile. Most of the time, they don't let family of residents see that, though. If they don't know you are standing right there you can overhear them saying some of the cruelest things about both patients and family if you have good hearing like I do. Regardless of the replies posted here to try to save face, the staff here are total rubbish - some of the most uncaring, misanthropic, perhaps even sociopathic employees I have ever seen at a so-called "care" facility. BEWARE! You have been warned! Do your loved ones a favor and go elsewhere! Only send your family here if you really hate them.

My mom is staying here and she’s loving all of the people who are taking such great care of her. Everyone is so friendly from the moment you walk in the door.

Clean facility. My experience with long term care facilities has been mediocre regarding cleanliness. The care level is excellent as well. My mom has settled in nicely since her arrival on Monday.

If I could give zero stars I would. If you don't mind zero communication and can't get a hold of anyone who knows anything about your loved one, then I would recommend this place. He was there for rehab and showed little to no improvement. When they were transporting my father, he fell, and so my brother had to call the fire department to get him back up. I'm contacting my attorney now.
