The lady’s need to work on customer service it’s very poor especially against men. I walked in didn’t get greeted or the help that I needed. Two lady’s walked in right behind me got greeted and were asked if it was something that they needed help with.

worst experience ever. I wanted a black dress pant but my size was not available in store so i asked one of the employee to order it for me. She charged me 86$ and said she ordered it online. when i asked for receipt or order number ,she said call customer service because they don't have order number. i was so shocked then she called the manager and she said the same thing that i need to call customer service for order number or receipt even though that sales girl ordered pants for me and i have no idea why am i not getting the reciept. then i asked the manager to call customer service as the store is the one who placed the order.After an hour of wait at store i am out of 86$ , no receipt or order number.All i got i that i should wait few days to see that pants might arrive at my home. i am so disappointed 😞
