I have been a patient here for many years. Kathy Fritz takes care of me like she is a member of the family. Dr. W is very thorough and takes time to get the bottom of any issues. Very pleased with my team at NEOE.

If you have an HMO yes.

Terrible answering service. When you call the office when it’s supposed to be open, the answering service says it’s “closed”. So difficult to get a hold of someone at this office. Very long wait times when I’ve been at the office as well.

I have had to call a couple of times to get through, but they do have several people answering phones. And I have never had to wait long if I have had an appointment.

You will need to obtain an access code if you haven't already, I suggest calling the office 1st thing in the am, they will set you straight.
