The Life of Ai’Den

Most disgusting nursing home. The smell is nauseating. Please don’t send your love ones there. The Staff and administration are unprofessional/ look confused most of the time and lack important training. Poor communication and the food is sickening. 0 out of 5.

Called to speak to a nurse to be transferred to room and she was extremely ignorant. Lights stay on for hours because of short staffed. Get different information everytime you call for information on your loved one. Really glad our loved one was moved to a better place.

My brother was placed here for rehab, the social workers and physical therapy people I met the day I was there were very nice. Unfortunately, they are so short staffed his call light was on for hours before I went to find someone, my brother has extreme breathing issues so had it been an emergency and he waited hours for help, well you can guess the outcome! It's sad that there isn't enough help to care for these patients and pay more attention to their needs!
