I would give Dr. Arbogast 4-5 stars, however the office staff would get ZERO. Both times I think I talked to the same lady and she is NASTY. Rude, interrupts, threatened that I would be expelled as a patient from the office for cancelling my appointments (one time I had covid and was hospitalized, so I had no choice but to cancel, and the second time my follow up test results weren't back yet so the appointment would be pointless its a follow up with nothing to follow up on) I am requesting my records be moved to a new office, I am not dealing with the un-professionalism every time I call there or have a question. She was also making fun of patients who were calling on the phone with another receptionist while i was at the window signing in at my last appointment, highly unprofessional.

I had Covid19 twice and was referred to specialists to check my heart and lungs. I went here for my lungs. The nurse said the covid vaccine gives you covid. That is NOT true. Then the practitioner didn’t seem to think covid is a big deal. He asked did you even have covid. And first entered the room without my test results. Then when he had them said you probably had other lung infections in the past that caused the nodules. Things I didn’t have until I got covid. I didn’t see the actual doctor so this review isn’t about him. I am not going back because I don’t feel I can trust them.
