Absolutely horrible front desk person. We were there for our uncles end of life (9/17/22) and the gal at front desk was rude, lazy and said nothing to us other than point at the machine to sign in. I heard other visitors in the hallway say the same. She would not open the door if anyone pushed the buzzer more than once. I had to wait until another visitor came by to let me in. There are no patients or visitors that want to be there due to most patients are at the end of life, so please find someone to man the front entrance with a little more compassion and empathy. This gal obviously hates her job and needs to go

Everyone that I came in contact with was VERY POLITE. I was in from Salt Lake to visit my Mom and she seemed happy until I had to leave....But that had nothing to do you. VERY HAPPY WITH YOUR PLACE AND SERVICE..
