Their servers do not process your orders some times. It is freaking annoying and has cost me a lot of money... They do have educational stuff that is really good,, and that is the only reason I didn't give them 1 star

I have been calling their client services number for 2 wks and I always get put on a 2 hr hold with no option for anybody to call me back. I consider this to be very poor customer service and I am seriously considering trading with another firm this does not improve.
