Probably one of my least favorite places to go to with customer service issues. I've never gotten a straight answer yet, just the runaround or vague responses at best. I am not sure how "well other banks do it too" is remotely helpful in explaining the situation. I should have left years ago when the bank lost valuable account information.

For the first time in two years I Missed two payments due to my covid layoff they took my car and told me I can’t get it back unless I pay the full loan. Loan specialist on the phone (AVA) won’t even speak to me & explain why. She simply says (sounding annoyed with me) “you didn’t pay we’re not financing this car anymore”. Very rude & not helpful at all no matter how polite I am. I’ve never dealt with this type unprofessionalism at a bank before. You would think I personally owe her money.

You have to call the fraud dept which they should be able to direct you to when you call during business hours.
Yes but can sometimes be a real pain
I got mine but they are horrible with service and you have to keep on top of them or else they will do nothing to help and try whatever they can to make extra. Be sure to close your accounts if you don't plan to bank there now that your loan is finished. They will charge you even if you keep sufficient balance.
