Maintenance came and fixed my air conditioner in a short amount of time and all in the same day. And they didn't leave until it was up and running the way it should be. Many year's ago when my air conditioner went out it was a nightmare it took them forever to fix it and they had every excuse in the book. It seemed like they didn't care. Thank goodness for the new maintenance team they seem to care about the residents.

These apartments are terrible , everything is broken never works but no one wants to fix it they rather fix the outside of the building how about fix my broken sink and doors and the outlets. I don’t know if the front office ladies are making their own reviews to win a prize or something but these recent 5 star reviews are an absolute joke probably the front office ladies friends writing them .

Ima have to rate it a two only because of the washers here! I have wasted so much money here because the washers don’t spin all the way or the dryers don’t work. Last night after midnight me and 5 other residents including a very elderly lady had to wring all our clothes out by hand and take turns using the dryer. I felt more awful for the elderly because they couldn’t carry the heavy baskets of soaking wet clothes. I complain to the office and thei only reply “you have to call the washer company” like it isn’t just one broken it’s about 15 , the apartments should be calling to report that for us. I’m assuming they have the washing machine company clean the laundry rooms too? Because no one ever cleans them here. Not sure why they have maintenance if they aren’t fixing anything. This is upsetting especially to have to work at 6 am the next day with wet clothes. Ever since the new company took over they are putting money into painting the building but they should be fixing the laundry rooms and public areas. F

Lived here for upwards of a year, and BOY is it terrible. The kitchens are a joke, the oven barely works, the walls are so thin you can hear everything, they have a weird smell no matter how much you clean—I could go on. Everything in the apartment feels cheap, like they really spared every expense when building them. they only have four mailboxes for packages which are always either broken or full, so good luck getting any packages that aren't amazon. The complex is poorly designed, it's a car accident waiting to happen. The gate breaks constantly so you can't even get in. My husband is disabled, but we were told we couldn't park by the office for even thirty seconds to get our mail, we were expected to walk from the very back buildings all the way over just to check our mail, which is extremely inconvenient for someone with a disability who can't walk much. Tenants don't clean up after their dogs. The apartments are WAY overpriced for what you get. Low quality for high prices, it's ridiculous. Terrible part of town. They can repaint the buildings and redo the roofs, but it doesn't change the fact that this complex should be at the bottom of your list. Honestly, just don't bother.
