I give the service department 5 stars but i give sales 0 stars. Yesterday I called to check their inventory and pricing, i know i could check online, but i like the human interaction, the salesperson didn't want to give me any info, very rude. I'd like you to know I just went to Hanania and worked out a deal. They have great customer service.

Pretty good. Employees wear masks, service check-in is outside, lots of plastic shields. A few of the older employees are set in their ways and don't believe in the precautions, but they are avoidable.
My understanding is that it is okay to switch from regular to synthetic oil even in an older vehicle, but if you are changing oil regularly I doubt it is worth the cost. I would definitely, however, use a high mileage oil, which includes additional additives to improve and maintain seal performance,
Most Subaru's are AWD; except the rear-wheel drive BRZ. Not all the AWDs are the same so you will want to actually ask about the differences at a dealership. As for the "smallest", the shortest in length is the Impreza 5 door if you are looking for a car/crossover; for standard SUV, the Forrester would be the "smallest". Notice: I do not work for Subaru nor have any affiliations with them outside of owning a Forester. It has served us well for almost 3 years.

YES, very slow in opening up-while it is raining too!! Must need WD40 or check the suspensions? The dealership needs to fix that as well. very dissapointed in service especially a Subaru!!
