No they are not a body repair shop.

Sadly Subaru of Jax does not do body repair work. They can only do repairs on the engine. I would speak to the service manager as he may be able to tell you who they send cars to for body repair work as most service shops have a preferred body shop they deal with.

Sorry to hear about the accident, I hope everyone is ok. The dealership's service department is open until 5:30 pm, I would recommend calling them to see.
