This dunkin donuts is the worst I've ever been to . They are ghetto and very unprofessional. It's my first and last time ever going there . They are extremely rude and disrespectfull . I simply asked for a plain bagel to be tosted with cheadar cheese and butter. They put the bagel in the oven to be heated and melted the cheese , I noticed that and simply said that I did not want the cheese melted . The girl at the cash register rolled her eyes at me and and said she already melted it ." Basically no " so I put my foot down and said I asked not to have the cheese melted I simply wanted the bagel toasted and the cheese put on after . They all rolled their eyes at me . Not only that , I had to wait almost 15mins for my coffee . They need to really clean house with the staff over there because it's horrible , within the 20 mins I was there , there were other customers that were upset also . The customer service is horrible , horrible over there . Like i said it's my first and last time there . They need to change management and employees over there . It's very trashy and ghetto and that's sad because it's a very busy location with alot of potential for such a bad experience.

Busy yet fast. But the parking is a big problem and there's only one way in or out. Not enough room to fit one car going in, and one out. I imagine lots of fights.

This is the worst dunks in boston! Always wrong! Never a smile, while place seems like they don't want to be there! Not to mention it takes 25 mins to get 1 coffee.
They are always realllly slow ..the drive through horrible

To be honest, I've used both drive thru and have went inside and they are always pleasant and work fairly quickly most days, but I go early in the morning so that might make a difference. They've also recently had some staffing issues so it's highly possible that some or most of them might be new at this time.
If it was left at the store please call the manager or visit the store to see if someone have found it
