Din tree deliver the promises ... sorry.. corrections... They didn't do what they told me... I wanted to bye a bedroom set cash they say when i ask if the mattress was includes... walking out the door I clearly ahhh the guy at the counter, if it was included, which he answer yes. Let me clear this... it wasn't a new one they had just brought it the day before. I went to get the money. And when I check all they included he say not the mattress and that If I wanted the mattress I had to buy the frame too... I got mad and ask why now he change his word.. grew say, I didn't say that..I told him... you have Cameras check... I was not alone either. So.... they don't deliver their promises. you figure the rest. Very disappointed.

I only owed 350 dollars until the item was completely paid off and mine to own.. They would blow up my phone and never leave a message and how am I supposed to know they’re contacting me if they don’t leave messages, I only recognized the number from a letter i received on 01/25/2020 which was post marked the 01/23/2020 and in my harassing and threatening letter it stated I had 5 days from 01/20/2020 to return property or else.. little does the manager who sent this letter know that I know she pre-dated the letter and then in writing lied about the dates and then to receive the letter on the deadline date really was classic. Of course they’re was no signature and the information that was in the letter was never stated in my contract and i looked at my contract over and over again so RAC on Warren Ave in Roxbury Ma you messed up and you messed up big time.. it’s against Mass Law to harass my employer, myself and my references and believe you me corporate is going to be hearing from me and yes I know your name.. I already emailed cooperate and will be faxing over the falsified letter I was sent also and going through all this over 350.00 which I did pay and received my certificate of ownership. Monday morning you bet ill be faxing the rude, falsley written letter RAC sent me, I will also be faxing corporate my phone records to see the harassment calls I received and how many times in a day they call.. i was getting 10 calls an hour.. This is gonna be on going this manager shouldn’t be in the position she is in and cooperate is going know about her and see my evidence.

That's a great question! If the product is in store, you could have your product the same day! If the product is not in the store but in the surrounding area, it could be about a 1-3 days timeframe. They usually require you to make your first payment the day you start an agreement. There is a two week wait for you once fill out an application they will call associates that you list on your application and check to see if you have a job with steady income.
