Horrible! I'm leaving one star ONLY because they gave my husband a prescription. He went in there sick as a dog yesterday..you could could clearly see it.They took tests for covid,flu and upper respiratory infection and was told he won't get a note for work because he didn't test positive for covid,instead of giving him a note until his results came back because clearly he is suffering from something..and was told he is on his own. The results won't come back for a couple days and he is feeling awful and unexcused.this is the worst urgent care in Columbus. Go anywhere but here! They only care for insurance money not your well being!

We can but it is not a requirement or typical.

Very unprofessional they never answer the phone no matter how much u call ,and no matter what time u call some of the front desk workers are very rude and seem annoyed when they finally answer and I have also got out on hold then hunged up on

Yes, we do drug screens but no, we do not refill controlled substances.
