I LIKED it because they served food 3 times a day. The floor was not very clean and hairs in the restroom. Other then that everything was great. I'm a Housekeeper and I can't believe the inspector passes the floors? Maybe they need mops, and if they have it they need to use it a lil more. Other than that beds were wonderful and had clean linens and sheets.

This hotel excels in personal care!! I stayed on my way to a Red Cross Disaster Run in Ruidoso and when I checked out they handed me bags of 'to-go breakfasts and water bottles. I asked for one for my teammate who didn't even stay there and they gladly gave me extras. They rock. And the bed and pillows were perfect! And the place was very peaceful and quiet for great sleep! I highly recommend this place.

For $75/night, close to the airport, this place meets expectations. Room was clean, bed was clean, no mold or issues I've seen in other reviews. The folks at the desk were great! No breakfast right now, but Village Inn and Waffle House are in walking distance.

Positive: Comfortable bed. Grab and go breakfast was okay. Negative: Lobby area tacky. Elevator hall stacked with boxes. Door to room sticks, lock not working right. Advertised with refrigerator, but no. Brought one when we complained. No coffee maker, none available. TV not working. $100 damage deposit? Really??
