Pros: Great hot tub. Breakfast was delicious and had a variety of options for our family of 5. The lady that oversees the breakfast (can't remember her name) was a sweetheart and greeted everyone that came into the dining room. The check out front receptionist was very upbeat and helped me carry my cooler down the stairs. Cons: No elevators in their 2 story hotel! We had put all our luggage on a luggage cart only to be told there was no elevator! We hauled all our stuff upstairs, multiple times, at midnight with 3 cranky kids. We found hair in the bathtub upon checking in. Super gross. Lots of dead bugs in the pool. Looked like it hasn't been cleaned in a few days. We scooped up as much as we could so the kids could enjoy the pool. Check in desk receptionist seemed like he hated his job. He wasn't rude, but just seemed extremely disassociated and moody with life in general. Made us a bit uncomfortable. Although our stay was decent, we probably wont be back due to lack of elevator. That was a huge inconvenience with all the stuff we had to bring in.

What a great surprise. We booked here because our flight came in too late to drive to Santa Fe. We chose it because it was the only economic hotel that had shuttle after 10 pm. Each and every employee was kind, helpful and went out of their way for us. Their were those added extras that make the difference like cold bottle of water, free paper, an amazing breakfast buffet and so much more. After breakfast we sat in the outside jacuzzi and took a swim in the pool. I saw a live roadrunner bird on the priority. Then they drive us free to our car rental. We will definitely go back and so should you!

This was a great little, comfortable hotel to get a night (or a few nights') rest. The room was suitably furnished and I had a nice view of the pool and hot tub (which I later made use of; major plus!). The breakfast was decent and there was a friendly face at both reception and the breakfast room when I was there. Definitely worth the price. Shuttle to the airport runs 24 hours, so you just give them a call and you will be picked up within 30 minutes (also shuttles to car rentals). Also, the neighborhood is close to Old Town, Bio Park, and major highways.

Comfortable stay, kind and welcoming staff and good breakfast. We got a good night's rest, the bed was very comfortable and the hotel was pretty quiet considering it's next to the airport. The only comments that I have are that we found pet hair on the desk chair, it's always unpleasant to see that. Also, it would be nice to have a TV that allows you to log into your streaming services, especially when you come back to your room after a long day. Most other hotels have that option. The last thing that we'll say is that we put in a request to the front desk for toilet paper and to have our trash picked up (during this time in the Pandemic I understand we need to request room service/housekeeping). We put in the request in the morning, came back in the evening and we had to call again for the request. Not that we expected a response in the morning right then and there but we figured within 8 hrs was reasonable. Honestly, despite the few negative parts of this review, we would stay here again.
