We have never had issues until the last few weeks of this service. The guy that does our trash throws our trashcans down to the point he broke the lids on our bins, and just throws our bins in the ditch. My fiancee spoke with the driver and the driver told him since we have a horse shoe style drive way, we need to put one can on each side which we did this week. And this week everyone's trash on our road was picked up but ours....

They charge twice as much as Liberty Roll offs and Liberty is about 1 mile down the road. Better off going to dump at liberty roll offs and recycling!

So frustrated, they have missed picking my trash up for the last 3 weeks. Every time I call they apologize and say someone will be there but still no pickup. I have a child with cancer and we need to get our bags out immediately. I'm about to make my 4th trip to our county dumpster. Really inconvenient I need to be worrying about other things. Hopefully they come by today. Update: They finally came to pick it up but of course it's full again..
